When will I get my order?
As each item is made to order, production typically takes 4–8 weeks from order confirmation.
This allows us to craft each piece carefully and maintain quality standards.
Once your order is ready, we will arrange shipment and notify you before dispatch.
What is the return policy?

Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
How does payment work for my orders?
Once your order is confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to begin production and secure materials for your item.
The remaining 50% balance is payable once your order is ready, prior to shipment.
Note: The 50% deposit is non-refundable once an order has been confirmed, as production and material procurement begin immediately.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
